IMPLEMENTATION MATTERS - GET PEOPLE READY FOR IMPLEMENTATION
As COVID-19 has dramatically changed the way all of us work, we [The Centre of Implementation Science] have made the decision to turn our upcoming workshop into an interactive online event.
This online event features a series of activities about organizational readiness and motivation, which are foundational elements to creating impactful change. If you are a professional tasked with implementing a program, policy or innovation, this event is for you.
The workshop program has been developed to encourage participants to learn, discuss and network, and will feature:
A two-hour online presentation on June 9 from 12:00 - 2:00 ET (and recorded in case you are not able to attend live or want to watch it again)
60-minute virtual small-group coffee chats with the event facilitators (sign up for a time from June 10 to June 19, with times available for professionals both in North America and outside of North America)
An online networking opportunity
A tailored video for participants discussing the frequently asked questions from the coffee chats
During this online event, you will:
Build your practical expertise in implementation science, readiness, and motivation
Develop an evidence-based plan to effectively improve implementation and motivate and inspire those around you
Consult with implementation experts to ask your burning questions
Network with other professionals working in a similar space
Gain hands-on experience through interactive discussions to apply what you've learned to your work
